From fun days out to focused and facilitated development courses; we balance stimulating and engaging activities with learning. Whether you’re looking for a half - day experience or a multi day programme, we will design and deliver the event for you.
We have a large renovated Victorian hotel where we offer fully catered accommodation for up to 40 people. We serve wholesome meals throughout the day based around your programme so that you are always fuelled and ready for the next activity. We also have a large conference room that can be used as a meeting place or for any indoor facilitation.

A balance of practical experiences, theory, and facilitated group discussions creates a rich learning environment. Interactive tasks create here and now experiences that contribute directly to the programmes. It's these fresh experiences that create lasting memories of the learning and support behaviour change.
We provide high quality facilitators and also enjoy working in partnership with other facilitators supporting them to deliver their programme.
We embrace our outdoor setting and appreciate the simple richness of time in nature as the backdrop to our programmes.
Duration and Hospitality
Programmes can be from 1 to multiple days to suit the learning needs.
Full board can be provided in our converted victorian hotel, here we have the ability to comfortably sleep up to 40 people.
Good quality learning deserves good quality food (and coffee!) and we ensure that groups are well fed throughout the day making use of our very own ‘Dorset Adventure Cafe’
